Our commitment is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we'll reimburse you with the total purchase price less any shipping and handling charges.
All items returned to us under our 15 days Money Back Guarantee shall be in its original and unaltered condition. Repaired, resized or otherwise misused jewelry items will not be honored under our guarantee policy. Items returned after the intial 15-day Guarantee period will incurr 15% restocking fee.

Package the merchandise carefully and send by registered mail. Insure it for the full amount on the invoice. To insure security, please make sure to exclude any terms as jewelry or diamonds, which indicates shipping of valuables. Toris Jewelry cannot be held liable for theft or damage during return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed. Returned diamond merchandise may take longer, since the stones will be evaluated for their original value and condition.
Shipping and Handling Merchandise purchased through www.BidzOnline.com are shipped either via Priority Mail USPS or UPS Ground Services. For single item purchases please refer to each listed auction item description section for their appropriate shipping and handling charges. Multiple winning auctions may be combined into single shipping for significant savings on shipping costs. The winning auction price or the Buy-it-Now price does not include shipping charges unless specified in the description paragraph. All Shipping and handling, Insurance (if requested), as well as Sales Tax charges will be added to the winning auction price.
